We are a small privately owned sheltie breeder, living outside the city limits, of a small farming community in New Waverly, TX. We are located on beautiful 22 acre plot of land with trees as far as the eyes can see and a half acre pond. We are 60 miles North of Houston and 180 miles South of Dallas, TX.
